What is Five Slices?
I read all day. I read books, blog posts, Wikipedia pages, YouTube comments, and arguments between people on Reddit. I read Twitter threads that haven’t gone viral yet, and the captions below Instagram posts. The most interesting stories and useful ideas are sometimes buried in random places. You don’t have all day to find them.
On Five Slices, you will one post every week, featuring a story from history, business, technology, culture, art – or my life. Some will make you laugh, some will blow your mind, some might be useful, but all of them will be interesting.
If that doesn’t convince you to subscribe, I don’t know what will.
If you subscribe, you get every new post in your inbox daily and you can access the archives here.
Who am I?
Functionally, I’m Adhithya, a writer, and ex-software-developer.
Philosophically, I don’t know.
Some things I really enjoy are Calvin and Hobbes, Hollow Knight, Quentin Tarantino’s films, Louis CK’s comedy, lofi music, and Haruki Murakami’s writing. I also like reading business biographies at times.
I love connecting with people and listening to their stories. If you want to share an interesting story or just say hi, shoot an email to adhithya@marketsentiment.co (I reply to every single mail I get).
With my friend Noble, I also run the Market Sentiment newsletter that covers research-based long-term strategies on the US stock market.
If every person reading this shared Five Slices with just one person, it would reach hundreds of people in no time because of subscribers like you. Please share :)
See you on the other side!
